Present Perfect Tense Definition in Tamil

ஒரு செயல் தற்போது அது நடந்து முடிந்த விசயங்களை கூறும் பொழுது அதை நாம் Present Perfect Tense பேசவோ எழுதவோ வேண்டும்.
இந்த perfect tense ஆனது Past tense ஐ Present tense உடன் வந்து ஒன்று சேர்க்கும்.
அதாவது past கடந்தக்காலதில் நடக்கும் வினை தற்போது நடக்கும் present நேரத்தில் வந்து அதன் வினைச் செயல் முடியும்.

➤ I completed my home work. ( Simple Past Tense )
➢ எனது வீட்டு வேலைகளை முடித்தேன்.

இந்த வாக்கியம் வீட்டு வேலையே முடித்து விட்டேன் என்று பொருள் தருகிறது. அதாவது கடந்த காலத்தில் அந்த வேலை முடிந்து விட்டது என்று பொருள் தருகிறது.
அவர் கடந்த காலத்தில் எப்போ வேணுனாலும் முடித்து இருக்கலாம்.

➤ I have completed my home work. ( Present Perfect Tense )
➢ எனது வீட்டு வேலைகளை முடித்துவிட்டேன்.

இந்த வாக்கியம் வேலையை முடித்து விட்டேன் என்று பொருள் தருகிறது. அதன் உடன் அது தற்போது அந்த வேலை முடிந்தது என்று பொருள் தருகிறது. அந்த வேலை present tense தற்போது சற்று முன் முடித்த விசயங்களை பேசுவதற்கு இந்த present perfect tense மிகவும் பயன்படுகிறது.

When to use present perfect tense?

Present perfect tense பயன்படுத்தும் சில நேரங்களை பற்றி பார்ப்போம்.

1. The work completed in past but it's till true in present.

ஒரு வேலை past tense கடந்தக்காலத்தில் நடந்து முடிந்தாலும் அது தற்போது வரை அது உண்மையாக தற்போது வரை அது தொடர்ந்து வரும் அந்த மாதறியான நேரங்களில் பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும்.

➤ I have found my books.
➢ நான் எனது புத்தகங்களைக் கண்டேன்.

2. The action happened in past but it's not completed.

ஒரு விசயம் தற்போது முடிந்து இருக்காது ஆனால் நாம் அதை ரொம்ப நாள் அந்த வேலையே செய்து கொண்டு இருப்போம். அந்த மாதிரியான நேரங்களில் நாம்  present perfect tense பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும்.

➢ நான் இங்கு 6 வருடங்கள் வேலை செய்தேன்.

➤ She has worked here for 4 months.
➢ அவள் இங்கு 4 மாதங்கள் வேலை செய்தாள்.

➤ I have lived here since 1996.
➢ நான் 1996 முதல் இங்கு வசித்து வருகிறேன்.

3. Recent Past.

தற்போது  கொஞ்சநேரம் முன் நடந்து முடிந்த விசியம் பேசும்போது போது present perfect tense பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

➤ I have just sent the whatsApp message.
➢ நான் இப்போதுதான் வாட்ஸ்அப் செய்தியை அனுப்பியுள்ளேன்.

➤ I have just sent off him.
➢ நான் இப்போதுதான் அவரை அனுப்பிவிட்டேன்.

4. Repeated Actions.

ஒரு விசயம் அடிக்கடி  நடந்து கொண்டு இருந்தால் அதை நாம் present perfect tense சொல்லவேண்டும்.

➤ I have came here for many years.
➢ நான் இங்கு வந்து பல வருடங்கள் ஆகிறது.

Present Perfect Tense vs Simple Past Tense

இரண்டுக்கும் உள்ள வித்தியாசம்

1. Unfinished time, No time expression

ஒரு நேரம் முடியாமல் அது தற்போது வரை வரும் அந்த  மாதிரி நேரங்களில் present perfect tense பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

➤ I have completed my home work.
➢ நான் என் வீட்டு வேலைகளை முடித்துவிட்டேன்.

2. Finished time expression

ஒரு வேலை அந்த நேரம் முடிந்தது என்று particular சொன்னால் அதை கண்டிப்பா present perfect tense பயன்படுத்த கூடாது அதை simple past tense மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

➤ I completed my home work.
➢ நான் என் வீட்டு வேலையை முடித்தேன்.

எப்போது Present perfect tense பயன்படுத்த கூடாது.
ஒரு நேரத்தை குறிப்பிட்டு அந்த செயல் முடிந்தால் கண்டிப்பாக Present perfect tense பயன்படுத்த கூடாது. Like last day, yesterday, last month. Last week, last month, last year. இந்த மாதரியான வார்த்தைகள் வரும் பொழுது பயன்படுத்த முடியாது. அந்த மாதிரியான நேரங்களில் simple past tense பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும்.
